Job Title: CMM Mitutoyo Operator

We are looking for a skilled

CMM Mitutoyo Operator

with hands-on experience in dimensional inspection using

Mitutoyo CMM machines

and

MCOSMOS software

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality inspection standards and GD&T.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program

Mitutoyo CMM (MCOSMOS software)

for part inspection. Perform

first-piece, in-process, and final inspection

. Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T symbols. Prepare

inspection reports

and maintain quality documentation. Ensure calibration and proper upkeep of measuring instruments. Coordinate with production and quality teams for dimensional validation. Troubleshoot basic issues with equipment and software.

Requirements:

Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Automobile/Production or related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in

Mitutoyo CMM operations

and basic programming Knowledge of GD&T, precision measurement tools, and quality standards. Ability to work in

rotational shifts

. Immediate joiners preferred.
