Responsibilities:

- CMM Operator Operate CMM equipment to take precise measurements of manufactured parts and components. Utilize CMM software (e.g.,

Polywork, ARCO CAD

) for part measurement, inspection, and reporting. Interpret and apply

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

in inspection processes. Create and maintain accurate measurement reports, records, and documentation. Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance of CMM machines and related tools. Identify and report deviations or non-conformities in parts and components. Ensure adherence to

safety regulations and quality standards

in all inspection activities.

Experience: 01-02 years

(as a CMM Operator in a manufacturing/automotive)

Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience

as a CMM Operator in a manufacturing/automotive CMM-Hexagon & LK Metrology Strong proficiency in

CMM programming

and inspection using software such as

ARCO CAD, Polywork

. Solid understanding of

metrology principles

and

GD&T standards

. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
