Job Description

We have urgent requirement in waluj midc CMM Operator or quality You are a skilled CMM Operator with 1 to 5 years of experience, responsible for performing precise inspection and measurement of components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating and programming CMM machines, preferably with Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo software. - Performing part inspection as per drawings and specifications. - Preparing and maintaining inspection reports and dimensional records. - Verifying and calibrating measuring instruments and fixtures. - Identifying dimensional deviations and communicating with production and engineering teams. - Ensuring all quality procedures and safety standards are followed. - Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma / ITI / B.E in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - Hands-on experience in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T. - Knowledge of measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier, height gauge, etc. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel). - Good communication and teamwork skills.
