About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

• CMDB and Asset Discovery (Cloud)
• Implement BMC Helix Discovery for asset discovery across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Maintain and automate Configuration Item (CI) updates, ensuring accurate CMDB data.
• Monitor multi-cloud environments to ensure comprehensive asset visibility.
• Service and journey Mapping
• Deep dive investigation of CMDB issues to fix the current gaps and identify the opportunities of automation, process improvements and faster services.
• Debug and remediate with quick turnarounds.
• Implement and Manage Customizations in CMDB
• Should be a self-starter with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery across cloud and on-premise environments
• Managing and Configuring Reconciliation rules for discovery data
• Expertise in troubleshooting and Resolving reconcile errors, deduplications
• Creating CMDB Dashboards
• Manage CMDB Request Catalogs to customize workflows.
• Experience with CMDB integration with other tools like SCCM, SolarWinds etc.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• ITIL v4 Certification (preferred).
• BMC Discovery 22.x: Fundamental Administering
• BMC Certified Professional in Helix ITSM and Virtual Agent (preferred).
