The Personal Butler will provide high-level personal support and hospitality services to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The role demands discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day personal and professional requirements with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. The candidate must be flexible with travel, long working hours, and be capable of maintaining refined service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
Provide day-to-day butler services to the CMD, including personal assistance, organization, and household coordination.
Manage the CMD's personal requirements like dining preferences, and overall lifestyle needs.
Ensure all personal belongings, travel essentials, and work-related items are always well-prepared.
Food & Beverage Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily meals in line with the CMD's dietary preferences and health requirements.
Liaise with kitchen staff to maintain menu accuracy and high standards of presentation.
Serve meals and beverages with professionalism, following fine-dining etiquette.
Travel & Logistics
Accompany the CMD on travels, ensuring seamless hospitality support.
Manage packing, unpacking, and handling of personal luggage with utmost care.
Oversee in-transit requirements including meals, comfort arrangements, and personal requests.
Event & Guest Hospitality
Assist in hosting formal and informal gatherings, ensuring guests are taken care of at the highest level of service.
Coordinate with household/office staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Maintain discretion in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
Demonstrate loyalty, integrity, and complete confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience as a Butler or service.
Strong knowledge of fine-dining service, etiquette, and luxury lifestyle management.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible/long hours as required
