Qualifications Preferred: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or office manager.
Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, good communication and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
The 'must haves':
Knowing the true meaning of confidentiality.
Executive suite demeanor.
Daily tasks will include the following so extensive experience in these areas is required:
Calendar management, meeting and travel planning (including proactive calendar and meeting management).
Inbox management
Communicating with people from around the world (internally and externally).
To-do list coordination with the senior leadership team.
Being a 'gatekeeper'.
