Certified Management Accountant (CMA - USA)
exams (Parts 1 & 2). The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual understanding, effective teaching skills, and real-world accounting/finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver live online or recorded sessions for CMA USA Part 1 (Financial Reporting, Planning, Performance & Control) and Part 2 (Strategic Financial Management).
Break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand modules.
Provide exam strategies, practice problems, and doubt-clearing support.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with the content and academic support team to ensure syllabus coverage and quality.
Requirements:
CMA (USA) qualified or pursuing final stages (ICMA membership preferred).
Prior teaching/training experience (online or offline) is highly desirable.
Strong command over the CMA curriculum and exam pattern.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom, Google Meet, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications like CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or ACCA are a plus.
Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or management accounting roles.
Ability to create engaging content and mock tests.
