About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

CMA US Faculty

to deliver

exam-oriented, practical, and industry-relevant training

for students pursuing the

Certified Management Accountant (US)

qualification. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, practical exposure, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

CMA US Part 1 & Part 2

classes (live & recorded) Teach concepts related to

Cost Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Performance Management, and Internal Controls

Explain topics using

practical examples, case studies, and exam-oriented approach

Conduct

doubt-solving sessions

and student mentoring Support students with

exam preparation strategies

Prepare and update

study material, PPTs, assignments, and mock questions

Track student performance and provide academic guidance

Core Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of

CMA US syllabus (Part 1 & Part 2)

Expertise in

Management Accounting & Cost Accounting

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Performance Management & Decision Analysis Working knowledge of

MS Excel

and financial analysis

Teaching & Communication Skills

Excellent

English communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts Strong classroom and online engagement skills Comfortable with

online teaching tools

(Zoom, LMS, Google Meet) Willingness to conduct

demo lectures

Qualification & Experience

CA / CMA US qualified

(Mandatory) Minimum

2-5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience

Prior experience in

EdTech, coaching institutes, or corporate training

preferred Industry exposure in

FP&A, Costing, Finance, or Accounting

is an advantage

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
