We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Content Management Author.

In this role, you will:

Creating and maintaining content in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Forms and Assets preferably 6.5 Authoring content in a headless CMS for multi-channel publishing Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and in image editing Populating meta-data and understanding tagging taxonomies Managing workload and capacity using project management software Using collaboration and knowledge management software - preferably Confluence Communicating with stakeholders at a global, regional and local level Attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate and adheres to prescribed standards, brand guidelines and design systems Knowledge of accessibility best practice Understanding of commercial licensing of photography, illustration, and video. Balancing a range of competing priorities while delivering to tight deadlines

To be successful you will:

Adobe Experience Manager JIRA, Confluence. Photoshop Web publishing tools, content management systems, e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, Search Engine optimization, Scanning Electron microscope, optimization, accessibility, and Experience in Agile ways of working Minimum Graduation Experience of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management , e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, Search Engine optimization. Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems, at least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools. Experience in Image editing and Photoshop Experience in Agile ways of working is advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently and escalate issues and seek guidance as necessary. Prepare project related documentation during the different stages of the project as required. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issue. Experience in finance, banking or a regulated industry is advantageous.
