Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost efficiency improvements.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
Support strategic planning, capital investment decisions, and risk management.
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
Perform financial modeling and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and accounting systems.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS (if applicable), and company policies.
Qualifications:
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
certification is required.
3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management accounting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
