Summary: Lead the MIS & Reporting function for one of India's top life insurers, driving BI strategy, automation, and data-driven decision-making. If you love transforming business through insights, data products, and smart reporting - this one's calling your name.

Responsibilities: * Define BI vision & roadmap and champion data culture.

• Lead MIS reporting for distribution teams & CXO dashboards.
• Drive automation, real-time reporting, & digital insights.
• Build data products & collaborate on data infrastructure.
• Coach & develop a 10+ member BI team including partners.

Requirements: * 7-8+ years in business reporting / MIS / BI.

• Hands-on Python, Power BI, SQL & BI tools (SSRS, SAP BO).
• Experience in automation & reporting standardization.
• Strong stakeholder & leadership interaction skills.
• Domain understanding of BFSI preferred; PG degree required (MBA/M.Tech/M.Sc).
