Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Protection & Infrastructure Security
Safeguard company assets, including buildings, towers, equipment, and operational sites.
Conduct regular
risk assessments
and implement
preventive security measures
to mitigate threats such as theft, vandalism, encroachment, or sabotage.
Oversee
access control
,
surveillance systems
, and periodic
security audits
across all critical installations.
2. Vigilance & Surveillance Network
Establish and maintain a
robust vigilance and monitoring framework
within the cluster.
Ensure round-the-clock surveillance through
CCTV, patrol systems, and intelligence networks
.
Investigate and report all
security breaches or incidents
, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
3. Training & Development
Develop and implement a
training calendar
for all security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, and compliance.
Conduct
mock drills and refresher sessions
in collaboration with HR and Safety teams.
Promote cultural and linguistic sensitivity among security staff to foster better community engagement.
4. Liaison with Government & Local Authorities
Build and sustain effective relationships with
police, district administration, and other government agencies
.
Collaborate with
local governing bodies, Panchayats, and community leaders
to resolve ROW, land, and local operational issues.
Represent the company in community or administrative meetings to maintain goodwill and operational continuity.
5. Vendor Management
Oversee and evaluate
third-party security service providers
, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and performance standards.
Conduct periodic
vendor audits
to ensure quality and compliance.
Manage
deployment rosters
, attendance, and overall performance of contracted guards and supervisors.
6. Billing & Documentation
Validate and process
monthly vendor bills
, ensuring accuracy in attendance records, deployment sheets, and invoice claims.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including
incident logs, training records, vendor contracts, and deployment reports
.
Submit timely
MIS and compliance reports
to regional or corporate security leadership.
