Responsibilities - * Implementing academic and operational strategies across assigned K-12 schools to ensure consistent quality and achievement of organizational goals.

• Monitoring overall school performance through regular reviews, audits, and reporting to academic leadership teams.
• Coordinating closely with Business Partners and school leadership to ensure alignment, compliance, and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Supporting and guiding schools in using data-driven interventions to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
• Conducting regular school visits, academic reviews, training sessions, and providing strategic feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements - * 6-12 years of experience in the K-12 education sector with at least 5 years in academic leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of school operations, academic planning, and CBSE/ICSE frameworks.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for school visits, audits, and academic support.
