. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations across multiple territories, manage sales teams, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth through direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales performance across assigned cluster/territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through
direct sales
to end customers, distributors, and key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the steel industry (e.g., construction, infrastructure, fabrication, manufacturing).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and project stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team within the cluster to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls
