Liase with Banks Regional officers and Zonal Officers and ensure alignment on Life Insurance Business
Visit zones and regions - interact with Zonal Officers, Cluster Officers and Bank branch managers
Guide and support team to ensure achievement of targets
Interact with customers to explain the products and solutions
Ensure activation, persistency & productivity is maintained.
Ensure quality of recruits hired in the team
Maintain & drive compliance at the zone

Partner and Client Management xc2xb7 Exceeding regional targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, product mix etc) xc2xb7 Interact with the Bank Regional Officer and his/her team to ensure alignment towards Tata AIA in life insurance xc2xb7 Engage with customers to explain the products and promote the brand xc2xb7 Ensure team is focused on Sales and support to all branches assigned. xc2xb7 Drive local contests and engagements to engage teams xc2xb7 Keep track of all contests and initiatives launched bank, other insurers and Tata AIA Life xc2xb7 Maintain a strong relationship with Regional Officer and Bank Branch manager - interact with them regularly to assess business status. Take help from them to push & motivate them to maintain productivity xc2xb7 Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner xc2xb7 Aid the bank branches to adopt new processes and technology Team Management xc2xb7 Assign target to each KAM at a branch level NB, renewal, STP, resolutions, special projects/initiatives undertaken, product mix. xc2xb7 Ensure team is hands on with each branch and maintains a high engagement level with each member xc2xb7 Team development and training xc2xb7 Retention of high performing talent xc2xb7 Keep ZH and National Head updated about on ground activities by Bank and competitors Customer service xc2xb7 Ensure adequate customer service grievance redressal, claim settlement, renewal etc. Risk Management xe2x80x98Own-up the risk of the function by developing a risk aware culture through participation in measurement, analysis and mitigation of risks associated with the respective function. This includes development of risk response processes, participation in contingency and business continuity programs and reporting of emerging risks with potential impacts. Also respond to risks highlighted by employees through formal / informal mechanisms and advice on various risk management issues within the organization and provide feedback. Participate in implementing risk mitigation plan through optimum resource allocation, monitoring and reporting on status.
