Build relationships, network & maintain regular contacts with corporate and key individual customers, bookers, decision makers and hoteliers to generate Sales Opportunities
Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential guests/accounts in order to orient targeted sales efforts in accordance with the S&M plan.
Identify key customer needs & secure feedback through sales calls & meetings and take actionable steps in coordination with support of respective functions.
Assist in developing and implementing sales plan to increase sales, customer retention etc.
Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS as needed.
Implement effective filing and lead tracking systems within the sales department in order to minimize response times and maximize conversion.
Use Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
