Job Summary:

The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across multiple real estate locations. This role involves leading and motivating sales teams, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The manager also builds strong client relationships and coordinates with various departments to achieve business goals and maximize revenue.

1. Sales Strategy Development:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies across multiple locations or clusters to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional sales strategies with company goals.

2. Team Leadership & Development:



Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their success.

Conduct performance reviews, set individual targets, and offer ongoing support to foster a high-performance culture.

3. Client Relationship Management:



Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and potential investors.

Oversee and ensure exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Sales Target Achievement:



Monitor and drive the achievement of sales targets for the cluster, ensuring that individual team members meet or exceed their goals.

Analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.

5. Market Research & Analysis:



Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local market conditions, trends, and competitor activities.

Identify new business opportunities and ensure the team adapts to changing market dynamics.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:



Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational challenges to the senior management team.

Utilize CRM and sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and monitor team performance.

7. Collaboration Across Departments:



Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

8. Budget & Resource Management:



Oversee the allocation of resources and manage the sales budget for your cluster to optimize operations and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Monitor inventory levels of properties and ensure availability for sales.

9. Brand Representation:



Represent the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and business development.

Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials align with the company's branding and messaging.

10. Problem Resolution:



Address and resolve any issues related to sales, client complaints, or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Proactively manage risks and handle conflicts between teams, clients, or stakeholders.

Required Real Estate Experience.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
