The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a group of spa and wellness centres. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, building corporate and B2B relationships, and ensuring all locations achieve their sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury spa or wellness operations and a strong understanding of customer behavior within the wellness and hospitality industries.
Develop and implement cluster-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive B2B and B2C sales, including memberships, corporate wellness programs, spa packages, and retail products.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, travel agents, hotels, corporate clients, and wellness partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Train and support spa teams on sales best practices and customer relationship management.
Regularly visit all spa locations to ensure consistent service delivery and sales execution.
Lead and motivate a team of sales coordinators or executives (if applicable).
