Key Responsibilities
:
Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute cluster-level sales plans to achieve revenue targets and accelerate business growth.
Client Acquisition & Closing - Identify, acquire, onboard, and close new MSME and enterprise clients within assigned industrial clusters, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target
Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new business and upselling opportunities.
Customer Experience & Delight - Deliver a superior customer experience by ensuring timely support, proactive communication, and quick resolution of client issues.
Client Relationship Management - Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their procurement needs and offering customized metal sourcing solutions.
Skills Required:
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with critical thinking ability
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Quick learning ability with strong grasping and comprehension
Pre-requisites Skills:

Willingness to work in an on-field sales role with regular client visits and local travel.
