a. Key responsibilities -



i. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to

achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

ii. Closing: Acquire and onboard new clients especially MSME in the assigned

industrial clusters to meet or exceed sales target

iii. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry

developments to identify new business opportunities.

iv. Customer Delight: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering

exceptional service and addressing client issues promptly.

v. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key

business clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

b. Skills Required -



i. Good inter-personal and sales skills

ii. Good technical knowledge in Metallurgy

iii. Strong negotiation and closing skills

iv. Fluent in speaking Hindi, Marathi, and English

c. Pre-requisites -



i. 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role is preferred.

ii. B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
