After all, age is just a number Flexible Going out of our way to accommodate and delight Energetic Enthusiasm for always learning and evolving Primary Responsibilities 1st primary responsibilities Multiple hotel responsibility for Revenue strategy. Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS) Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences. Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting. Support the GM in the creation of strategy. Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for. 2nd primary responsibilities Apply RM Initiatives: Overbook, length of stay Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget Responsible to host weekly Revmax meetings. 3rd primary responsibilities Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and data Support sales and reservations teams where applicable. 4th primary responsibilities Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation. Analyze contract and public performance Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Bachelor Degree in hotel management/Finance/Economics. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry. Strong user knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point. Knowledge of TARS/EzRMS/Opera PMS would be an added advantage.
