Position Overview

The Cluster Programme Manager (CPM) will be responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of programme activities across the Sonitpur Cluster, with strong coordination with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Overall supervision and management of programme activities at the cluster level

Manpower management

including supervision, mentoring, and performance monitoring of field staff Ensure timely

documentation and reporting

as per programme requirements Liaison with

NHM

and other government departments Regular coordination with officials such as

Joint Director, DPM, DME

, and other relevant authorities Conduct review meetings, field visits, and ensure compliance

Educational Qualification

Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or related fields Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

Experience

3-5 years

of relevant experience in development/health programmes Experience working with

NHM or government departments

will be preferred

Required Skills

Strong

and leadership skills Excellent

skills Effective liaisoning and communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster districts
