We are seeking a highly motivated and creative

Cluster Marketing Executive

to manage and execute marketing activities across designated clusters. The role involves developing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, driving brand awareness, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple clusters. Conduct detailed

market analysis

to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the sales team to design cluster-specific campaigns that generate leads and improve conversions. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign execution. Monitor, track, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure ROI. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all campaigns and communication materials. Prepare and present periodic reports on marketing performance, consumer insights, and market intelligence.

Requirement:-

MBA in Marketing (mandatory) Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of marketing experience in the retail industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and research skills Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
