Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee 8-15 stores within the assigned cluster

Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across locations

Ensure operational excellence, SOP adherence, and audit compliance

Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers & Assistant Managers

Handle manpower planning, attrition control, and performance management

Maintain customer experience standards and brand guidelines

Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, and Support Teams

Monitor KPIs: Sales, Food Cost, Labour Cost, Shrinkage, CSAT

Eligibility Criteria:

5-10 years of experience in QSR / Retail / Hospitality

Current or prior experience as Cluster Manager / Area Manager

Strong exposure to multi-unit operations

Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Salary:

Up to ?7.5 LPA - ?8.5 LPA (based on experience)

Preferred Brands:

Domino's / KFC / McDonald's / Burger King / Subway / Starbucks

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
