The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of two QSR outlets, ensuring consistent brand standards, operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance across both restaurants.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Manage daily operations of two QSR outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized functioning
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene (FSSAI), and brand guidelines
Monitor opening and closing procedures, shift planning, and service flow
Ensure consistent product quality, portion control, and service speed
Sales & Profitability
Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies
Control food cost, labor cost, and wastage as per company benchmarks
Analyze P&L statements and take corrective actions to improve profitability
Achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and crew members
Ensure adequate staffing and effective manpower deployment
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective training plans
Maintain discipline, employee engagement, and low attrition
Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service standards across both outlets
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and ratings and implement improvements
Inventory & Vendor Management
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, pilferage, or overstocking
Ensure proper storage, FIFO compliance, and wastage control
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls
Maintain hygiene, safety, and security standards at all times
Prepare outlets for internal and external audits
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Coordinate with teams - HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Ensure timely communication and execution of company initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
In-depth knowledge of QSR operations and systems
Financial acumen (P&L, food cost, labor cost)
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple outlets
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred
5-8 years of experience in QSR or branded restaurant operations
Minimum 2-3 years in a multi-unit or cluster management role
Hands-on experience managing high-volume QSR outlets
