Role/Job Title: Cluster Manager-Gold Loan
Function/ Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
The role entails increase in sourcing of Gold loan across Rural Banking branches. He also needs to ensure that budgeted manpower is on board and is actively doing business. He is entrusted to take on training sessions and continuously visit branches to upskill employee\'s capabilities and upscale business. He is also responsible for ensuring collections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the branches under the cluster, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve set targets MOM basis, ensure gold loan portfolio growth at branch.
- Responsible for ensuring and tracking of routine marketing activities across branches.

- Visit branches every month and conclude audit of portfolio.
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
Graduation: Bachelor\'s in Engineering / Technology / Math\'s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Gold loan/Branch banking
