Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduate/ Post Graduate from a reputed institute \xe2\x80\xa2 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience in Call Center/ Pre-Owned Car Business \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge on PDD management and RC transfer process in sync with regional RTO across locations and channel partner \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of CRM & lending system- Salesforce.com & Finnone would be added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast and Agile \xe2\x80\xa2 Can maintain high energy for extended periods of time. Moves fast when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to engage and listen to external partners/ clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
