Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement cluster-level sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Align sales objectives with overall company goals across all stores in your cluster. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.

Team Leadership



Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple locations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve productivity and sales skills. Coordinate training and development for the sales team. Manpower hiring and training.

Reporting & Analysis



Prepare and track regular sales reports to analyse stores performance . Track KPIs such as sales volume, conversion rates, market share, etc. Use CRM and sales analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Focus on customer service and standards. Standardize best practices across all stores. Responsible for staffs attrition and stock management across stores.
