The Cluster Manager at Beelittle is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple retail stores and/or operational units within an assigned cluster. The role ensures smooth operations, achievement of sales targets, team management, stock control, and adherence to Beelittle's brand standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple Beelittle stores/units within the assigned cluster
Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and profitability
Monitor store performance, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
Manage and guide Store Managers, Supervisors, and staff
Conduct regular store visits and audits
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and HR teams
Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements
Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
Prepare and submit regular performance and MIS reports to management
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in retail/apparel operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of inventory control and retail KPIs
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic systems
