Role Overview:

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and people management of multiple stores within the assigned cluster. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and operational excellence to ensure business objectives are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Sales Performance

Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets across all stores in the cluster. Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance. Ensure effective merchandising and product availability as per market demand.

2. Operational Excellence

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in all stores. Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit standards. Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. People Management

Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Managers and their teams. Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions. Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. Ensure performance appraisals and corrective actions are implemented on time.

4. Customer Experience

Ensure all stores deliver excellent customer service standards. Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively. Drive customer engagement programs to increase loyalty and repeat business.

5. Reporting & Strategy

Submit regular reports on sales, operations, and manpower to senior management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements. Support new store openings and expansion plans.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability. Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategies. Ability to handle multiple stores and manage pressure effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / MBA preferred. 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/multi-store management role. Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
