Key Responsibilities :1) Have to visit all the assigned territories personally to expand the network of ZICA/ZIMA Centers. Need to be open to travel for more than 15 days. 2) Franchise acquisition & Franchise Management 3) Identify Franchise opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships and Lead generations. 4 ) Responsible for New Business development in the region.Qualification & Requisite :1) Effective communication skills in English. 2) Must be proficient in Speaking Regional languages. 3) Pitching and Presentation Skills 4) Client Relationship Management 5) Field Sales 6) Conversant with using MS Excel/PowerPoint/CRMs 7) Should be Target oriented and need to have a sense of ownership8) Willingness to travel extensively9) Should have strong understanding of geographical regionsDesired Skills & Qualities :1) Good Communication skills with written and interpersonal skills2) Strong Networking and Presentation Skills3) Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines 4) 8+ years of experience in Direct sales - Candidates having Business to academic or Business Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) experience with a good understanding of Franchise acquisition in the region will get preference. 5) Graduate/Masters/MBA (ref:updazz.com)
