- : Cluster Manager- Location: Zone Office- Department: Bank Channel- Experience: 6-10 years (preferred)Job Purpose:The Cluster Manager is responsible for driving insurance business through assigned bank branches. The role includes supporting bank teams, ensuring smooth sales processes, solving customer queries, and achieving business targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Work with Branch Managers and bank staff to support sales.- Visit branches regularly and maintain strong relationships.- Drive sales activities, customer meetings, and branch campaigns.Relationship Management:- Build good relationships with bank teams.- Provide pre- and post-sales support.- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.Training & Support:- Train bank employees on insurance products and processes.- Update teams about new products and rule changes.- Identify training needs and arrange training sessions.Sales Quality & Process:- Ensure correct documentation and compliance.- Make sure policies are issued on time.- Maintain high policy renewal rates by staying in touch with customers.- Review business quality and share feedback with seniors.Reporting & Coordination:- Share regular updates with reporting managers.- Coordinate with internal teams like operations, customer service, HR, and training.Key Skills:- Good communication- Relationship management- Sales and target orientation- Problem-solving- Knowledge of insurance or financial productsQualification:- Graduation mandatory- Experience in banking or insurance sales preferred (ref:updazz.com)
