Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone

• Achieving sales targets set for the region by ensuring 100% compliance.

• Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations.

• Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.

• Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth.

• Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.

• Assessing training needs to accelerate his team\xe2\x80\x99s performance.

• Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month.

• Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.

• Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed.

• Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.

• Graduate/MBA with 8-11 years of experience (5-8 yrs of relevant exp in Asset Based Finance)

• Understanding of Assets Financial Services Business and its profit drivers

• Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams.

• Ability to drive and track profitability at unit and zonal level.

• Ability to set & manage targets/budgets.

• Ability to manage partnerships / sales channels.

• Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning and conceptualizing Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.

• Good Articulation Ability, Decision making and Leadership Skills.
