Job Summary . Cluster Manager - Rural Consumer Durable/Senior Cluster Manager - Rural Consumer Durable Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship. Build distribution for Rural consumer Product Finance and distribution mapping for Rural consumer Product Finance. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. - Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. - Recruiting and Retaining high performers. - Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets - Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio. - Manage the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers and their concerns in an appropriate manner. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - Retention: As this is the level where we are interacting to our all FTE\'s on daily basis - Working together and coordinating with entire team becomes a challenge at this role. - Exhaustive traveling (which includes 20 days travelling in a month) 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) - Decisions wherever policy breach done by any employee including off roll on roll employees including partner 6. Business - 10000 RCD/RDP Penetration - 55:45 Cross sale - 75% IPC -650 EMI Card Conversion - 90% FOS Productivity - 150 Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) . Total Team Size: 21 (on roll) . Number of Direct Reports:3 (on roll) . Number of Indirect Reports: 18 (on roll) . Number of Outsourced employees: 75 . Number of locations: 50 . Number of products: 3 Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications: - Graduation / Post graduation - MBA (finance / sales) from a reputed Institute would be prefeed- b) Work Experience / Skills : - Graduation with 6 to 8 years and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience - Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. - People & Relationship Management skills. - Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill - Ability to travel 20 days in a month which is very much important
