Job Description

1. Sales & Profitability:

Target Achievement:

Set and drive sales targets, KPIs, and budgets for the cluster.

Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and local marketing plans.

Reporting:

Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and report performance to upper management.
2. Operations & Compliance:

Store Standards:

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising, and SOPs.

Inventory:

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control, and prevent loss.

Audits & Maintenance:

Conduct audits and ensure facility maintenance, safety, and security.
3. Team Leadership & Development:

Coaching:

Guide, train, and mentor Store Managers and staff.

Performance Management:

Manage performance, conduct appraisals, and foster a learning culture.

Recruitment:

Assist in recruiting, staffing, and ensuring adequate coverage.
4. Customer Experience:

Service Quality:

Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all locations.

Feedback:

Review customer feedback and drive corrective actions.

Loyalty Programs:

Oversee enrollment and participation in loyalty programs.
5. Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaison:

Act as a link between stores and corporate.

New Store Support:

Assist with new store openings and setups.

Market Intelligence:

Provide market insights and competitor activity to senior teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
