strategic leadership, center head mentoring, parent satisfaction, revenue growth, compliance, and brand consistency
across all assigned centers.
Key Responsibilities

1. Cluster Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all preschools within the assigned cluster.
Ensure uniform implementation of Kidzonia's SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
Monitor center performance metrics including admissions, retention, revenue, expenses, and utilization.
Conduct regular center audits and operational reviews.
Ensure centers maintain hygiene, safety, and infrastructure standards at all times.###
Ensure effective implementation of Kidzonia's curriculum and academic framework.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, child engagement, and assessment methods.
Support and guide Center Heads and teachers to improve teaching quality.
Coordinate with the academic team for training, updates, and curriculum enhancements.
Ensure compliance with early childhood education norms and best practices.###
3. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop Center Heads across the cluster.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Center Heads and key staff.
Address staff issues, conflicts, and escalations proactively.
Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and professional growth.###
4. Admissions, Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive admissions targets for the cluster.
Monitor lead conversion, inquiry handling, and parent counseling quality.
Support centers in local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach programs.
Analyze enrollment trends and recommend strategies to improve occupancy.
Ensure timely fee collection and minimize outstanding dues.###
5. Parent Relationship & Customer Experience
Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction across all centers.
Handle parent escalations and grievances at cluster level.
Support centers in organizing parent engagement activities, PTMs, and events.
Ensure consistent communication standards and service quality.###
6. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor child safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.
Ensure adherence to POSH, child protection, and internal governance policies.
Coordinate with support teams for audits and inspections.###
7. Financial Oversight
Monitor center-level budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls.
Support centers in expense planning and vendor management.
Ensure financial discipline and profitability across the cluster.
Review monthly MIS reports and take corrective actions where required.###
8. Brand & Quality Assurance
Ensure Kidzonia brand values and quality benchmarks are upheld at every center.
Maintain consistent branding, communication, and customer experience.
Support new center launches or transitions within the cluster.
Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.###
9. Reporting & Strategic Inputs
Prepare and submit regular reports on cluster performance.
Share insights, challenges, and recommendations with senior management.
Participate in strategy meetings, reviews, and planning discussions.
Support regional and national initiatives as required.

Experience in preschool or early childhood education strongly preferred
Travel Requirement
