Job Responsibilities

Oversee

day-to-day operations

of the outlet(s) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage and supervise

multiple departments

, including operations, sales, production, service, inventory, and housekeeping. Ensure

high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service

are consistently maintained. Monitor

sales performance

, analyze reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage

staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and discipline

. Coordinate with kitchen/production teams to ensure timely preparation and availability of products. Oversee

inventory management

, stock control, wastage reduction, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI, safety regulations, company SOPs, and local laws

. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation. Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

to management. Control operational costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant experience

in Food & Beverage, Bakery, or Supermarket operations. Proven experience as an

Outlet Manager, Assistant Manager, or Cluster Manager

. Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Good knowledge of

operations management, inventory control, and customer service

. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic knowledge of

billing systems, POS, and MS Office
