We are a growing restaurant group looking for a dynamic and responsible Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple franchised outlets.
Experience: Prior experience in restaurant management, team handling, or franchise operations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets
Ensure brand standards, hygiene, and service quality
Lead, train & motivate outlet managers and staff
Achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
Conduct regular audits & coordinate with franchise owners
Handle staffing, scheduling, and conflict resolution
Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
