Job Purpose
Lead cluster Operations and develop cluster level retail strategies, plans and process improvements; oversee cluster Operations and returns management operations in order to maximize process efficiency, resource utilisation and productivity within the limits of Reliance Retail.
Key Responsibilities

• Ability to oversee sales processes and strategies to maximize revenue by achieving budgeted revenue & profit targets for Retail Stores across the cluster
• Ensure Implementation of SOPs through operational excellence across cluster
• Manage and implement SOP for VM at stores.
• Lead customers connect by devising mechanism and strategies for new customer acquisition and repeat customer win back through multiple marketing initiative across the cluster
• Ability to manage and enhance customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty through elevated customer experience during and post sales
• Develop leaders & provide opportunities to employees through various step up programs across cluster
• Develop functional capabilities in employees through appropriate training interventions
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
• Drive culture of trust, integrity and respect among all employees across cluster
