Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager - Operations and Sales is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of multiple healthcare centers/clinics within an assigned cluster. This role combines operational excellence with strong business development and sales acumen to ensure revenue growth, superior patient experience, and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:1. Cluster Operations Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all clinics/centers in the cluster. Monitor and manage resource utilization, equipment, and facility maintenance. Implement and ensure compliance with clinical and operational SOPs. Review operational KPIs and drive performance improvements.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

Drive business growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop local marketing strategies and lead generation initiatives. Monitor customer conversion rates and optimize the patient sales funnel. Build partnerships with doctors, corporates, wellness providers, and local influencers.

3. Team Leadership:

Lead a team of Center Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff. Conduct regular training, motivation, and performance reviews. Ensure staff adherence to service quality and brand standards.

4. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance:

Ensure a high standard of patient service across all centers. Address escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score), patient feedback, and implement corrective actions.

5. Financial Oversight:

Track and optimize budgets, expenditures, and profitability at the cluster level. Prepare monthly performance reports for management. Ensure accurate billing and financial documentation.

6. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and company policies. Coordinate with legal, quality, and audit teams for inspections and audits.

Strong leadership and multi-location management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to business performance. Deep understanding of healthcare operations and patient needs. Target-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management / Business Administration / Life Sciences MBA/PGDM preferred Experience in managing multiple healthcare units (clinics/hospitals/diagnostic centers)
