The Cluster/Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple salons (with a primary focus on the Banjara Hills outlet) to ensure consistent service quality, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, training oversight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
1.
Operational Management
Monitor and manage daily salon operations ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Ensure all outlets under the cluster run smoothly with minimal operational issues.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards across all locations.
2.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales targets and profitability across salons.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Develop and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
3.
Staff Management & Training
Supervise salon managers, stylists, and front desk staff.
Monitor staff productivity and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coordinate with training teams to implement skill development and service excellence training.
4.
Customer Experience
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle escalations or complaints.
Implement and monitor customer feedback mechanisms.
Conduct regular client engagement activities to increase loyalty and retention.
5.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Ensure proper stock levels of professional and retail products.
Monitor usage and control wastage.
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and quality compliance.
6.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and present weekly/monthly operational reports to management.
Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and company compliance requirements.
Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and operational efficiency.
7.
Franchise/Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with franchise partners (if applicable) and ensure alignment on business objectives.
Share performance metrics, improvement plans, and coordinate audits.
Desired Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in salon & Spa, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of salon services, customer experience, and P&L management.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple outlets effectively.
