Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development, implementation, and execution of brand strategies across our 28 points of sale. This role will play a key part in building brand revenue and driving retail performance.

Key Responsibilities:
o Develop strategies to maximise sales and revenue.
o Ensuring consistent execution of operational procedures, brand standards and company policies across business.
o Manage and overlook day-to-day operations and ensure all points of sale are operating smoothly.
o Ensure co-ordination between sales team and the management.
o Keep a close eye on budgeting to increase profit while reducing costs.
o Analyse business, while identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
o Assist in developing and executing FOC marketing plans for stores located within mall premises.
o Work closely with retail teams and visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency in-store.
o Conduct competitive analysis, shopper insights, and retail trends.
o Conducting regular store visits to assess key performance indicators for each store.
o Monitor employee and team performance, offering feedback and training for improvement.
o Oversee staffing plans and recruitment.
o Stay updated on market trends and best practices across global retail.
o Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans to address underperforming stores.
o Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of all stores.
o Acting as a strong point of contact between front end and management.
o Communicating company goals, strategies and initiatives to store teams.
o Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in brand management or related roles (preferably in retail or consumer goods).
Strong analytical, brand management and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Result driven attitude
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and retail dynamics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
