Oversee day-to-day operations of all stores within the assigned cluster.
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the cluster.
Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions as required.
Ensure implementation of company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational efficiency, customer experience, and staff performance.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and performance management within the stores.
Collaborate with HR and Training teams to ensure proper staffing, onboarding, and skill development.
Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Manage cost control and ensure adherence to budgets.
Handle escalated customer issues effectively and ensure service recovery.
Report performance updates and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
