Role Overview
The
Cluster Manager
will oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple Naturals Salon outlets in the Malappuram and Palakkad districts. The role involves ensuring business growth, operational excellence, staff management, and brand consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Business Performance
Supervise daily operations of multiple salon outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor revenue targets, profit margins, and cost control measures.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve business performance.
Ensure adherence to brand standards, hygiene protocols, and service quality.
2. People Management
Lead, train, and motivate salon managers and staff to achieve business goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Ensure optimal staffing levels and handle recruitment coordination with HR.
3. Customer Experience & Quality
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle escalations and customer grievances promptly and professionally.
Oversee implementation of promotions, offers, and customer loyalty programs.
4. Marketing & Business Development
Drive local marketing initiatives and collaborations to attract new customers.
Build partnerships with local influencers, corporates, and communities.
Track competitor activities and suggest proactive business strategies.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit performance reports to the Regional Head.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial systems, and statutory requirements.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost optimization across outlets.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
0-4 Years of Experience
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry will be an advantage.
