- Duties and Responsibilities - Against Litigation: \xe2\x80\xa2 drafting of written statements; misc. applications; replies & compilation and drafting of Police complaint \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting of replies to notices received from advocates

senior management & officers \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on case to case basis with advocates / legal officers \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely process of Advocate / Vendor bills \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain contingent liability data \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain record for Compliance and Audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle IPR (TM & Domain) related matters - filing of Applications for Opposition - Registration of TMs

Required Qualifications and Experience
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have 3 years or 5 years integrated LLB Degree. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years\' overall experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling Litigation (consumer, civil, criminal & Insolvency matters) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and oral communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office software products including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
