Degree / MBA (preferred)

Experience Requirement

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations or cluster-level management

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence

Implement and standardize company policies and procedures across all assigned retail locations

Ensure uniform operational practices and a consistent customer experience

Identify operational gaps and streamline processes to improve efficiency

2. Team Management

Lead, motivate, and develop teams across the assigned cluster

Coach and support Branch/Store Managers to improve performance

Monitor manpower productivity and assist in performance management

3. Business Performance Management

Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets

Monitor budgets and control operational expenses

Ensure overall profitability of the assigned cluster

4. Customer Satisfaction

Monitor customer feedback and service standards across locations

Address customer complaints and implement corrective measures

Continuously work towards enhancing customer experience

5. Compliance and Quality Control

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and procedures

Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements

Ensure quality standards are followed across all retail outlets

6. Strategic Planning and Execution

Support the Retail Operations Head in executing cluster-level strategies

Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement

Implement action plans aligned with organizational objectives

7. Reporting and Performance Analysis

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to senior management

Provide insights for data-driven decision-making

8. Stakeholder and Relationship Management

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, HR, and Compliance

Build strong working relationships to ensure smooth cluster operations

Compensation

Salary: As per company norms and budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
