Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth:

Drive cluster-wide sales, meet targets, analyze performance, implement promotions, and monitor competitor activity.

Operations Management:

Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and health & safety standards.

People Leadership:

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams; manage staffing, performance, and succession planning.

Customer Experience:

Champion a customer-first culture, resolve complex issues, and ensure consistent service quality.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to cluster strategy, manage budgets, and report performance to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Extensive retail management experience, preferably in multi-site operations. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. Analytical skills for sales data and performance metrics. Knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising, and operations. Ability to travel within the cluster and work collaboratively.
Core Duties

Conduct store audits and operational reviews. Oversee staffing and scheduling for multiple locations. Manage budgets and control expenses. Support new store openings and marketing initiatives
