Responsible for achieving established and assigned Monthly Volume Targets for assigned branches.
Prepare and execute Visit plan & Call plan for Team respectively, make sure reviewed day-to-day basis and take the necessary action accordingly.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Reviewing customer enquiry and feedback through CRM and ensure 100% execution and conversion, respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Monitor & Control the entire store process ensuring proper closure, collection & timely delivery of materials.
Develop and execute a schedule of promotional activities, Fabricator/ Contractor meets to bring in more revenue.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand the requirements.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming brand initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Candidates should have experience in handling team.
Experience : 5 to 10 years in Retail sales and operations.
Area of function; Nedumangad and Neyyattinkara.
