Take complete ownership of sales performance across assigned cluster of stores.
Drive revenue growth, conversion, and average bill value at store level.
Ensure achievement of cluster sales targets and KPIs.
2. BTL Activities & Local Marketing
Plan and execute weekly and monthly BTL activities for stores within the cluster.
Coordinate with store teams for on-ground execution.
Conduct post-activity performance analysis and optimize future initiatives.
3. Store Coordination & Team Enablement
Work closely with existing store teams (store managers, sales staff, tailors).
Guide and support store teams to improve sales productivity and customer experience.
Ensure discipline, sales hygiene, and adherence to SOPs at store level.
4. Business Development & SIS Management
Identify and onboard new SIS partners within the cluster.
Coordinate with internal teams for SIS setup, training, and activation.
Review SIS performance regularly and drive corrective actions where required.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with SIS partners and internal business units.
Act as escalation point for store-level and partner-level issues.
Ensure timely resolution of customer and operational escalations.
6. Sales Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of each store.
Share regular performance reports, insights, and action plans with the Sales Head.
Use data to identify underperforming stores and implement improvement plans.
7. Process Adherence & Improvement
Ensure standard sales processes are followed across all stores in the cluster.
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations.
8. Product Knowledge & Training Support
Ensure store teams are well-versed with products, services, and pricing.
Support on-the-job training and refresher sessions for store staff.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
9. Store Maintenance & Brand Standards
Monitor maintenance, visual merchandising, and brand compliance of all stores.
Ensure Cloud Tailor brand standards are consistently upheld across the cluster.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5-8 years of sales experience in retail / fashion / D2C brands.
Hands-on experience managing multiple retail stores directly.
Strong coordination, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
