he Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of multiple gym locations within an assigned cluster. The role ensures that all branches adhere to company standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales and operational targets. This position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the performance of [X] number of gym locations within the assigned cluster. Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers to achieve individual and cluster-wide KPIs. Monitor and drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling of services like PT sessions, classes, and merchandise. Ensure consistency in service quality, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and customer experience across all locations. Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions to improve underperforming centers. Work closely with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team. Manage cluster-level budgeting and cost control to meet profitability targets. Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues effectively. Conduct regular audits and inspections across all gyms in the cluster.
